Changtian epoxy series structural adhesive:divided into dual liquid epoxy resin structural adhesive and single liquid low-temperature epoxy resin structural adhesive.
Dual liquid epoxy resin structural adhesive:It is a dual liquid epoxy resin developed for plastic,metal,glass,and ceramic products.Rapid hardening,compared to other rapid hardening epoxy resin adhesives,has good softness and operational performance.Mix A and B adhesives thoroughly for about 15 seconds,and wait for the color to become uniform before use.Quickly exhibiting initial strength,the next process can proceed in about 20 minutes,providing good adhesion on many plastic and metal materials,and the hardened surface will not exhibit oily or low gloss phenomena.
Suitable for industries such as optoelectronics,medical devices,digital electronics,new energy,security equipment,and instrumentation.
Single liquid low temperature epoxy resin structural adhesive:It has good bonding strength and anti-aging characteristics,and can meet the bonding requirements that will cause vibration.Providing good adhesion on many plastic and metal materials,it can be applied to the bonding between metal and plastic,especially suitable for the positioning of CMOS and VCM motors,LED lens bonding in mobile phone camera modules.It needs to be stored in a freezer(-10oC~-5oC).Before use,please place the product at room temperature for 1-2 hours to warm up,and quickly cure at 80°C for 5-10 minutes.Suitable for temperature sensitive and non high-temperature curing applications such as memory cards,CCD/CMOS,camera modules,LED backlight modules,lens modules,etc.
Shelf life:It can be stored for 6 months without opening at room temperature of 25℃.
