The Changtian potting adhesive series is divided into three types:epoxy resin potting adhesive,polyurethane potting adhesive,and organic silicon thermal conductive potting adhesive.Used for sealing,sealing,and coating of electronic components to protect heat dissipation and waterproofing.After solidification,it can play a role in waterproofing,moisture-proof,dustproof,insulation,thermal conductivity,confidentiality,corrosion resistance,temperature resistance,and shock resistance.Flame retardant grade 94V0,thermal conductive potting adhesive,with a thermal conductivity coefficient of 0.6W/mk to 3.5W/mk.
Product features:High thermal conductivity and low viscosity,good flow,no bubbles,waterproof grade IP68,flame retardant grade 94,etc.
Product Usage:
Applied in industries such as LED,photovoltaic,new energy,LED switching power supply,military,medical,aviation,shipbuilding,automotive electronics,instruments,rail transit,etc.
Shelf life:It can be stored for 6 months without opening at room temperature of 25℃.
