What precautions should be taken during the use of the three prevention paint
　　When using the three proof paint,it is not only necessary to have a certain understanding of the characteristics of the three proof paint product itself,but also to grasp the changes in the characteristics of the three proof paint under different usage environments,temperature,and humidity changes,in order to achieve the best use effect.
　　1.Viscosity change:
　　The viscosity of the three proof paint varies before and after use,and the flow rate of the three proof paint varies with the temperature during testing.The higher the temperature,the faster the flow rate tested.
　　2.Coating thickness:
　　If you want to obtain a thicker coating,it is best to apply two thinner layers,and the second layer must be applied after the first layer has fully cured;
　　3.Thickness of the film layer:
　　The thickness of the film layer depends on the application method,with a large amount of diluent added,a low viscosity of the adhesive,and a thin coating thickness;On the contrary,the viscosity of the adhesive is high,and the thickness of the coating is thick.
　　4.Inconvenient coating areas:
　　Some PCB circuit board components,such as connectors,software sockets,switches,heat sinks,and plug-in board areas,are not allowed to have coating materials.It is recommended to use tear resistant solder tape to cover them.
　　5.Temperature and humidity:
　　All coating operations should be carried out at a temperature of no less than 16℃and a relative humidity of no more than 75%.PCB circuit boards,as composite materials,will absorb moisture.Without removing moisture,Changtian Technology's three proofing paint cannot fully provide the necessary protective effect.Pre drying and vacuum drying can remove most of the moisture.
　　6.Coating repair method:
　　If you want to repair a component that has already been coated,you only need to directly contact the soldering iron with the coating to remove the component.After installing a new component,clean the area with a brush or solvent[diluent],then dry it,and then reapply with a three proof paint coating.
　　7.The three proofing paint generally contains flammable solvents:
　　Avoid high temperatures and open flames,have sufficient ventilation conditions,and avoid prolonged inhalation of volatile gases and repeated contact with the skin;The PCB circuit board components that have been fully cured with the three proofing paint basically do not cause any harm to the human body.
　　8.Operator safety:
　　Pay attention to safety and protection during coating operation.The environment should be ventilated.Operators should wear protective gas mask.
